So you’re a newbie to the writing game and are bombarded with so much information about where to start using this skill to earn some type of income. From marketers on tiktok to other writers on different platforms, there is an overwhelming amount of information out there on this topic, I however have done an extensive search ( tried and tested ) these websites and found the perfect websites which pay writers to write for them.

1. Listverse.com

Listverse is a website that publishes articles in the form of lists, covering a variety of interesting topics. As a writer, you can use Listverse for writing opportunities by submitting your own lists for consideration. If your list gets accepted and published on the site, you not only get the chance to showcase your writing but also contribute to the content of the platform.

And finishing off strongly, with one of my personal favourites… CONTRA.COM ( 9/10 writes have probably never heard of this one).

I recently came across this website while looking for a freelancing site that is not oversaturated with writers.

The upside about Contra is that although it is a freelancing site, it also hires and gets individuals hired by companies.

In summary, Contra.com is a game-changer for freelancers. It’s more than just a platform; it’s a community, a resource, and a reliable partner in your freelance journey.
